When will your leasing office open?
Our on-site office is coming soon. Until then, we’re just a call or email away — reach out now to be among the first to explore what Oberon has to offer.
When can I apply for an apartment?
Applications open very soon. Applying early means first access to the best layouts — corner units, top floors, and homes with the views worth waiting for.
When will move-ins begin?
First move-ins are anticipated for late 2026.
What floor plans will be available?
Studios, one-, and two-bedroom residences with thoughtful layouts, natural light, and intentional design. Every detail matters at Oberon.
What are the expected rental rates?
Rental rates will be announced soon. Early applicants get first pick of premier homes and the best value layouts.
Can I tour the property before it opens?
In-person tours aren’t available just yet, but we’ll share renderings, virtual walkthroughs, and hard-hat tours as we get closer to completion.
How do I join the interest list?

What deposits are required?
Deposits may be required based on screening results. A $300 admin fee per home secures your spot once your application is approved.
Are pets allowed? (restrictions only)
Yes — pets are welcome at Oberon. No breed restrictions; we follow Kansas City guidelines.
Where is the community located, and what’s nearby?
Oberon is rooted in Waldo at 220 W. 74th Terrace — walkable to shops, restaurants, green spaces, and all the neighborhood character that makes this part of KC feel just right.
Will you offer any events for future residents?
Absolutely. We’ll host events so you can meet your future neighbors and get a feel for the Oberon community before move-in day.
Can I secure a new home before touring?
Yes. Early applicants get priority on layouts and locations. If you want to adjust after touring, our team will work with you to make sure it’s the perfect fit.
